City Housing Programs
AffluencyHomes is now an established Contractor with several cities in the Dallas Fort Worth area and surrounding cities.
We are a major contractor building affordable homes with the City of Dallas through its Dallas Land Bank/Land Transfer Program.

Our Story
Upon inception, AffluencyHomes proactively partnered with two seasoned homebuilders; Nauls Inc.,
to build homes in the Houston area and Axxium Custom Homes to build homes in the DFW area,
particularly in McKinney’s Craig Ranch Community. Our role in the partnerships was providing funding and strategic management support while learning the craft. It was through these relationships that the Builder found its footing and commenced building homes under the AffluencyHomes, LLC brand.

real estate investment fund registered in Texas with a focus on investing in both commercial
and residential real estate. The company has been in business since 2012 and is continuing to grow.
The principle officers are Vince Ngwenya and Dr. Douglas Maposa, through the Fund.
